Like a foreman on a construction site, they build roads, housing for workers (man camps), assemble earthmoving equipment, and drill the well itself, especially in remote locations. They are also part repairman, part problem solver, and part facilitator.
The main story so far is engaging and exciting without being overly ambitious
Landman is my first Taylor Sheridan series, so it seems like I'm not expecting much from him as a Yellowstone fan. There are a few subplots that carry the episodes well, but one of them might compromise the overall quality of the show.
I'm sure you can guess which one!
The direction and the setting are to be enjoyed. It would be interesting to hear what people in the industry think about how realistic the location scenes are.
