In 1900, a white woman is murdered in Chinatown in San Francisco, the suspect is Chinese. The murder sparks a social uproar and the public calls for a ban on Chinatown. Chinese doctor Qin Fu (Liu Haoran) and Chinese doctor Ah Gui (Wang Baoqiang) are involved in the case and race against time to find the murderer.
