Media expert Muncie Daniels must fight for his innocence and his life after he stumbles upon a murder deep in the Poconos. Coleman Domingo's first starring role on TV. I've enjoyed other things Coleman has done, but this is a waste of time.
And poor Coleman is wrong here
Some really questionable and predictable script choices and, sorry, not-so-great acting. He's not that kind of lead. It reminded me of when Tyler Perry tried to play Alex Cross.
Except he's just not believable
As the episode wore on, with scene after scene of two people inexplicably whispering plot points to each other (why aren't you showing us?), it was really hard to stay awake. Watching Coleman run was painful. I always find it funny when non-athletic actors get to play action roles.
On to the next one
(He wasn't great with action in Fear the Walking Dead and he's not here.) He always bugs me and smacks of a vanity project. His mouth hangs open in every scene when he's "thinking"; (to tell him I don't think he's comfortable and he's busy acting "straight"). Not everyone can become an action star.
